I write mainly short stories and non-fiction. They have been published in newspapers and journals. My goal is to get a novel and non fiction book published this year. I am the friendly elder that get invited to youths' shows on radio, TV and the web.

After a life threatening accident, Lolita, embarks on a pilgrimage from Brazil to Africa Richard Godwin is about to go into an old people home in UK. He goes off to Africa for a last holiday. The two meet a lone forest dweller near their Safari camp. They have to choose sides in a social justice battle pitying indigenous communities against corrupt rulers, philanthropists and crooked businesspeople. "Sounds interesting!"
Two men wearing khaki uniforms briskly walked through the tall grass and bushes towards the sound of wailing. A startled nightjar looked up as the torch lighted the path where it sat. It gracefully rose and silently flew out into the darkness enveloping the village. There were sounds of dry leaves and grass bursting and crackling along the path as small night active dwellers of the Savannah run away from the light. The sound of wailing got louder and was followed by what sounded like a rap of lamentation...
